Filling agents - Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers (Restylane®, Teosyal®, Juvéderm®, Revanesse®) are injectables based on acidenhyaluronic acid, a sugar naturally produced by the body.
These gel-form products can be used to restore volume lost over time or to volumize certain areas of the face.
Filling agents can be used to improve facial features, prevent the signs of ageing or even fade them.

The procedure takes around 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the area treated.

Results are visible immediately, but their optimum effect is achieved in the weeks following the procedure.

Treatment lasts an average of 6 to 18 months.

Many areas of the face can benefit from volumizing injections: lips, nasolabial folds, marionette lines and cheekbones are the most frequently targeted.
Losses of volume can also be identified and filled in around dark circles, cheeks and even the temples.

Questions

Frequently asked questions about treatment
Are filler injections safe?

When performed by an expert physician or experienced nurse injector, volumizing injections are safe and results are reversible thanks to an injectable enzyme.

Depending on the area treated, results last between 6 and 24 months.

Various factors can influence the duration of the effects.
These include age, past treatments, lifestyle, diet, sun exposure and your facial structure.

Yes.
Because they perform different functions, a neuromodulator can be combined with a dermal filler to suit your needs.
The neuromodulator relaxes muscles to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, usually around the forehead and eyes, while dermal fillers help restore lost volume and reshape facial contours.
Together, they can give your face a more balanced, youthful and rested appearance.
