The SP Dynamis Pro laser from Fotona is a state-of-the-art, innovative, high-performance laser that uses two complementary wavelengths: Er-YAG (2940 nm wavelength, superficial penetration), which is used for superficial treatments such as laser peeling, treatment of benign superficial lesions, and treatment of scars and acne.
Nd-YAG (1064 nm wavelength, deep penetration), used for liposculpture (TightSculpting®), vascular treatments, long-lasting hair removal and wart treatment.

4D Non-invasive facelift Skin rejuvenation

Fotona4D® is a revolutionary non-surgical facelift procedure that delivers a rejuvenated, natural appearance.
The technique is performed in four complementary stages to achieve optimal results.

SMOOTHLIFTIN®: intraoral (inside the mouth) heat stimulation induces collagen production, reducing sagging and improving elasticity.

FRAC3®: peaks of heat delivered deep into your face, fractionally by the Nd-YAG laser.

PIANO®: heat is delivered slowly over the entire thickness of your face’s subcutaneous tissue by this unique mode, to stimulate skin remodeling.
SupErficial® : controlled, heat-free laser exfoliation delivered by the Er-YAG laser.

This step can be omitted if the treatment is carried out during the summer.
It will then be called 3D (3 stages) +A29.

Treatments can be performed year-round on most skin types, including dark skin.

Protocol

1. Deep skin tightening and fat reduction with PIANO pulse
The Nd:YAG pulse mode is designed for uniform, comfortable, safe and rapid tissue heating, concentrating the energy emitted to stimulate fat cell metabolism under the skin, leaving the epidermis intact.
The PIANO mode delivers high levels of heat throughout the entire thickness of the skin, resulting in a synergistic tightening effect.

2. Improving skin surface laxity with the SMOOTH pulse
The non-ablative Er:YAG SMOOTH mode promotes skin tightening.
Intense, controlled heating of surface tissue stimulates collagen remodeling.
The effects are a general improvement in laxity and elasticity in the treatment zones.

After treatment

A sensation of heat, comparable to sunburn, which can last from one to several hours. A tanned appearance of the skin is classic for two to five days. From the^3rd day onwards, a fine desquamation is observed, causing the skin to dry out, which is compensated for by the application of a moisturizing cream.
One or two maintenance treatments per year are required to achieve appreciable, lasting results.
