USE COUNCIL

TRI-PHASE CLEANSER™ is a gentle facial cleanser that can be used around the eye area to remove mascara and eye make-up.
Use twice a day (AM and PM).
With clean, dry hands, apply an almond-sized amount of gel to a dry face and gently massage the skin with gentle circular motions.
Add water to activate the milk phase and continue removing make-up and impurities with a damp cotton pad.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
