This facial toner is formulated with hydroxyacids to gently exfoliate skin of dead cells, and botanical extracts of witch hazel, rosemary, aloe and chamomile to soften, soothe and tone skin.

How to use :

Twice a day, on clean, dry skin, spray a small amount of Tonic onto a cotton pad and apply to face, neck and décolleté.
